Shipments & Returns

Please read all carefully.

VERY IMPORTANT: Items are shipped from Brazil. Shipping rates DO NOT includes import taxes, customs duties and fees. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. If you are not sure about these charges please ask your local post office.

Packages are generally dispatched within a week after receipt of payment for items in stock. Special orders (out of stock items) will take about 2 or 3 weeks to be dispatched. Please consider adding this time to the estimated delivery time informed on shipping options at checkout page.

After shipment, we will provide you with a link from Brazil Post Services (CORREIOS) to track your package online while it is in Brazil territory. When package arrives inot your country it may or not be trackable. At this point, you must insert the tracking code in the website of your local post services to confirm if item is trackable in your region.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

RETURN POLICY

Returns ARE NOT accepted, except for defective items. Before return an item, please contact our customer service within 15 days after receivement for returning instructions. DO NOT return any item without receive our instructions. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGE ONLY!
